Question : In my urine test rbc is 2-3/hpf, pus cells 2-3/hpf and epithelial cells in +++large numbers. Do I need to worry

                                    Brief Answer:
epithelial cells usually cause no problem
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You did not mention why you had your urine examined, but from the report, only epithelial cells are higher which usually denotes no trouble.
If your pus cells or RBCs were high, I would have suggested that you get a urine for culture and maybe an ultrasound scan of abdomen, but if you are generally comfortable, they can be done later if any symptoms recur or persist .
Hope I have been able to reassure you.
