Question : I have elevated 6.4 24 urine while test was taking while I had C-Diff. Can the number skewed by the infection.

Values only above 20 ( in some labs above 25) are taken as significant for a carcinoid tumour. Your report is normal and you need not worry about carcinoid tumour.
C diff bowel infection can result in an incorrect result but in your case the value is within normal limits
