What Does My Urine Test Report Indicate?

Question : As per my urine lab report I found that
Pus cells is 15-20 /hpf
RBC,S is 2-3 /hpf
Epithelial cells is 1-2 /hpf
At the time of urine passing I feel burning and pain and frequency of passing urine is 10-15times in a day,
I used too much water at leat 3-4ltr per day
Pl suggest we what should I do.
It is solve by homoeopathy medicines or should I go with other medicine...

I have gone through the report. The raised pus cell count indicates an urinary tract infection. It needs to be treated with antibiotics like ciprofloxacin for 7-10 days. Homeopathy would not help in this regard.

Dear sir,

Thanks to provide valuable time and reply...

I already take homeopathy medicine and I feel little bit comfortable,
should I continue with homeopathy or go for urology Dr. for this issue.
this is a major issue or a little bit.
I also feel joint paint and back pain also, this may cause of urine problem.

Thanks for writing back. I understand that you have been relieved at least partially by taking homeopathic medicines. I do not insist you to stop it but strongly insist that you take antibiotics. Any GP should be enough to prescribe you antibiotics. If treated, it would resolve and not turn into a major issue. The back pain could actually indicate that the infection has still not been controlled.
