                                    Brief Answer:
urine culture and sensitivity test is advised.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
Your post shows 4-5pus cells indicating towards Urinary Tract Infection ( UTI ).
I would advise that you should get your urine examined for culture and sensitivity.
This will help in knowing the appropriate antibiotic for the infection.
You can continue with the medicines prescribed till your culture and sensitivity test reports and then proper medical management can be planned.
Also drink lots of water daily.
I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.

                                    Brief Answer:
you are having UTI.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.
The reports of urine examination confirm that you are having urinary tract infection(UTI ).
After reading your post, I would advise that you should take Cefexime 200mg twice daily along with a probiotic for a week.
Paracetamol can be taken for fever.
Also drink lots of water daily.
Your blood sugar levels are slightly raised. You should take sugar restricted diet.
I hope this answers your query.
If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Thanks.
