Brief Answer: urine culture and sensitivity test is advised. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for writing your query. Your post shows 4-5pus cells indicating towards Urinary Tract Infection ( UTI ). I would advise that you should get your urine examined for culture and sensitivity. This will help in knowing the appropriate antibiotic for the infection. You can continue with the medicines prescribed till your culture and sensitivity test reports and then proper medical management can be planned. Also drink lots of water daily. I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help. Thanks.
