My wife is 4 months pregnant,and her urine cultuere report is attached.what does it shows..plz help me out..

If it left untreated then it may leads to kidney infection, preterm labor, low birth weight baby.
There are two main cause of UTI during pregnancy one is hormonal changes and other is due to pressure on bladder by gravid uterus.
