Beside she can also take Vitamin D3 along with Calcium supplements for the healing purpose.
If the pain is due to Calcaneal spur, she may need steroid injection and for that an orthopedic consultation is recommended.

Doctor thanks for your reply can you name the medicine which is available in XXXXXXX otc and she is taking PAN 40 regularly kindly send me the name of the NSAID medicine which the pharmacists can easily under stand and available in the regular medical shop and can you tell me how long it will take to be completely relieved also please tell me the dosage of the medicine. I am really concerned dr as with out mother I have no one in my world please help me

duration of the injury is 7 days
she was attended by a local physician and he asked for loose crape bandage and ice therapy presently the patient can walk slowly but swelling of the feet is there and feel pain in the little bit up of the hill area and lower part of the leg in the side section
she has taken medicine as prescribed the attended doctor
signoflam BDPC and PAN 40 for 5 days.
if you need any further information please reply me as I will start your prescribed medicine from today
