Brief Answer:
Abscess , Attrtion , Root canal treatment , Medication .

Detailed Answer:
Hello Geogre,

Thanks for consutling Healthcare magic .
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query .

I have read your query and gone through reports ( xrays) you have attached . As far as i have observed you have caries (decay) in Anterior teeth (incisors) ,first premolar tooth resulting in abscess (pus formation) and generalized attrition (wearing of occlusal surface of tooth) .

For this I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon for root canal treatment of carious tooth and attrited tooth . Inmeantime if you can take medicine for Abscess and pain like Novomox LB and Ketrol Dt by consulting with local doctor . Do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day . Maintain proper oral hygiene .

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help.

thank you so much
2 weeks prior to this X-ray today i had an abcess removed as a result of a cavity that formed from chipped tooth which she temp filled ,the dr gave me a script for amoxycillin but due to my work schedule i have forgotten. I'm due back in a week to see her but i was worried as i still have numbness in my bottom right lip and chin which has been there for a month, prior to even seeing her. i have no pain

Brief Answer:
Nerve injury , stress , Medication .

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX ,

Welcome again .

I have read your query . As far as numbness in bottom right lip and chin is concerned this can be due to some reasons : Numbness on one side of mouth can be due to pressure on nerve come from infected tooth , swelling .
- Drug or Stress induced .
- vitamin deficiency .
-Reversible nerve injury which was caused during root canal treatment or opening your mouth long period of time during dental procedure cause some stress on corner of mouth . Numbness can be last for several days to several months . Numbness can be temporary or very rarely can be permanent . Dont be worried so much .

For this I will suggest you to do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day . Use betadine or chlorhexidine mouthwash regularly . Take course of medicine prescribed by your doctor on time. You can also take medicine like Neurobion forte which helps in nerve regneration . Avoid stress.

Wishing you good health.

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help .
