Question : Recently, I am always feeling very nauseous especially after meals. I have never vomited but the nauseous makes me really unwell, and it usually accompanies with a stomach pain. Doctors usually just prescribe medication to target the different problems but it doesn't work. Any advise?

Brief Answer:
It could be Appendicitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain abdomen associated with nausea could be Appendicitis. It is called as Appendicular dyspepsia.
I have seen many patients with pain abdomen and nausea which got relieved by Appendicectomy,ie, removal of Appendix.
Ultrasound abdomen can be normal. CT Scan abdomen will give a clue.
In my opinion, you should consult a Surgical Gastroenterologist ,get examined clinically and proceed.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
