Dear Friend.
Enterobacter cloacae is a member of the normal gut flora of many humans and is not usually a primary pathogen but can be associated with urinary tract and respiratory tract infections.
Presence of this bacteria in culture is only significant if the person has symptoms related to respiratory tract or urinary tract associated with fever NOT explained by any other disease or infection.
