Question : I had taken 10 newmon injections and 1 hcg injections... I was also taking progynova, folinine tablets... from period 2 day onward (28th was my first day of period)... then my doc did an iui on 12th & was on progynova and dupharthon tablet till 26th... Today I went doctor and she asked me to do UPT and it was negative... are there any further chances in pregnancy

Thanks for writing.
The conception if it has happened was around the IUI. The blood test will reveal whether you are pregnant now. You can get a serum beta hcg done.this will tell you for sure.

Else you can wait till a week and repeat the urine test, though the best way is by a blood test. Till then continue duphaston.
