Brief Answer:
Both are different strengths.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.

I have read your query in detail. I understand your concern.

1.Oxycodone/Acetaminophen 7.5/325 means it contains Oxycodone in dose of 7.5 mg and Acetaminophen in dose of 325 mg.

2.A 333 means it contains Oxycodone in dose of 10 mg and Acetaminophen in dose of 325 mg.

3.A 332 Oxycodone in dose of 7.5 mg and Acetaminophen in dose of 325 mg.

Actually 1 & 3 are the same. If you will see on the tablet you will find imprinted A333 or A332.

That is made for identification of the strength of the tablet without the main label.

So, in general there are two strengths:
1.Oxycodone/Acetaminophen 7.5/325 – That is A332
2.Oxycodone/Acetaminophen 10/325 – That is A333

In both of them, difference is in strength of Oxycodone.
Oxycodone is an Opiod drug and Acetaminophen is a Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug.

If you want to discuss which dose is best for you, please give me details about your problem and how much pain you have.

This is my best advice for you with the available details, if you have any further query, please ask us.

Stay Healthy.
