Question : Am I better off with satO2 of 88-89 Natural breathing or 91-92 O2 with my machine?

Hello,
Oxygen saturations below 90 are not healthy. Oxygen saturations need to be above 90 to assure that your tissues get the oxygen that they need.
If you have to use the machine to keep your oxygen saturations above 90 then you really should use the machine all the time.
