Question : hello ive never really had back problems so I want to make sure that's what this is. lower back aching mostly to the right and upper buttock not in the middle buttock like sciatica the past two days ive noticed the skin on the side of my right buttock and lower abdomen from the right to the middle is numbing. hurts worse in bed and especially if I lay on my right side, my usually sleeping side help
