Brief Answer:
Get done vitamin B12 level.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I can understand your daughter's situation and problem.
ASO titer is marker of acute inflammation.
And 400 is high (positive).
In young age it is positive in Rheumatic fever.
Rheumatic fever can damage heart.
And heart damage can cause left sided tingling sensation.
Another possibility is vitamin b12 deficiency and thyroid problems.
So please reply me
1. Does she have fever?
2. Does she have left sided chest pain?
3. Are you consider CA as calcium? Because short forms are very misleading,as CA is also used for tumour marker CA. So I want to be sure about which "CA" you are talking about.
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you further.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wishing good health to your daughter.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Get done Vitamin b12 and thyroid function test.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
Since she is not having fever and cheat pain, no need to worry for rheumatic fever.
Get done vitamin b12 level, thyroid function test to rule out vitamin b12 deficiency and thyroid diseases respectively. Aneamia can also cause tingling sensation. So also get done CBC (complete blood count) to rule out anemia.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wishing good health to your daughter.
Thanks.
