Question : Hi recently when I poop and immediately after I get a terrible ache down the centre of my penis. It passes after a few minutes but could this be a sign of prostate cancer? Thanks, J.

Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in the center ofpenis after passing stools self resolving in a few minutes is likely urethral inflammation urethritis, prostatitis or a UTI but jumping to conclusion of prostate cancer is paranoia and not wise and should be avoided. Get adequate fluids intake, use laxatives to keep the stools soft and get a urine routine exam to rule out UTI. It looks like a benign condition can be easily managed.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
