Brief Answer:
It might be osteoarthritis of hip......

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern.
I would like to know whether you had gone for xray right hip or not. please upload the report of x-ray, if already done. I guess you are suffering from osteoarthritis of hip and that pain is because of this only. Another possibility is of sciatic pain, but its unlikely in your case.
I would like to know whether you are suffering from any chronic illness and taking any medications or not.
I would suggest you to consult a orthopedic as early as possible and confirm your diagnosis. It mostly will require few medications like analgesics, etoricoxib, calcium with vitamin D and physiotherapy and few precautions to prevent further aggravation of the condition.
Hope this answers your question and let me know if you have any further relevant queries.
