A pinched nerve needs to be excluded.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.
I have noted your clinical details, and we need to exclude a pinched nerve in your lower back, related to the fall. Any bony or soft tissue injury in that area needs to be excluded.
For pain relief, you can take pregabalin capsules, which are effective of nerve-related pain.
MRI scan of lumbar spine (lower back) would help in confirming the diagnosis.
I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,
