Question : My 30yr old son is having testical pain after sex, says feels like hes been kicked in the nuts. Hell come to me wanting to know qhat it could be, but will Not go to a doctor. .can you help with any suggestions. Please

Hi,

We will need more information to be able to establish the exact cause. Most symptoms related to this are caused by rough sex. If this is the case, he needs to be more gentle during sexual encounter. If this isn’t the cause, then we may need to have him examined to look for other possible causes such as testicular varicocele.
