Hello

Your urine test report is normal.
It simply indicates contamination by normal flora(microorganisms)found around perineum.This is a common finding. Some microorganisms are normally found around perineum and it gives natural immunity against pathogenic(disease causing)organisms. Some times these normally found organisms get mixed with urine sample and it is shown during examination.

However,you need clinical correlation.
