What Does Persistent Abdominal And Back Pain With Fatigue And Breathlessness Indicate?

Question: I am having constant pain on my right side of my body. It has started from my abdomen and now it is spreading from there to lower back then upper back and now it has reached my neck. I have visited several doctors in US, but nobody is able to give me proper guidance. Can anyone please help me as I also feeling very weak. If I do any work I feel so tired and exhausted. I have visited many PCP as well as specialists (Gynaecology, Rheumatology, Neurologist, GI doctor) but no solution came to me. I feel shortness of breath if I talk for a long period of time or do any household work. I was not like this 4-5 months back. I am not sure sure where to go, can anyone please show me the right path.
