Brief Answer:
Please continue to use an antifungal cream with steroid locally

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, welcome to HCM,

Please continue to use an antifungal cream with steroid locally, and take a couple more doses of de-worming fortnightly.

Did your doctor examine you internally for fissure ? That is another likely cause.

I'll suggest you take an Omeprazole preparation once a day, plus a stool softener like DOSS or psyllium husk at bed time, and use a lidocaine cream in addition to the cream I have already suggested twice a day. If the itching is severe, you can additionally take a tablet of fexofenadine once a day.

You can try these for a week. Please revert back after reading my advise.
Regards
