Hi,
Thank you for query.

Kindly get an ECG and Echo as soon as possible to rule out cardiac issues.
If they are fine then take a Tab Pan 40mg once daily before food.

Avoid smoking,alcohol if any.
Avoid fatty diet.
Drink plenty of fluids 4-5liters per day.
