Brief Answer:
Possible diagnosis: Cholinergic urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank You for trusting HCM

I have gone through your query and seen the reports attached

Flare up occurring during sweating, hot showers, exercising etc can be due to cholinergic urticaria. It occurs due to histamine release in body when exposed to triggering factors (as in an allergic reaction).

The condition is treated by avoiding triggering factors, do not overdress to avoid increasing body heat, do not take too hot showers, use cetirizine 10 mg once daily if you plan on exercising or develop hives, avoid eating spicy food.

If the flare up still persists, please be advised to follow-up with a dermatologist. Some individuals require therapy with steroids, beta blockers etc for effective control of symptom.

Hope I was able to help you
