Brief Answer:
Please find details below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX qbix,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in details.
Being a radiologist I do many ultrasound scans each day.

Your report says that the placenta, an organ which provides nutritional support and oxygen to the growing baby is located along the front (anterior) and right side (lateral) wall of the uterus. This is one of the positions occupied by the placenta.

The lower border of the placenta is covering the inner opening of the uterus and this is expected to change in later scans done at 20 and 28 weeks. The placenta covering the internal os persisting beyond 28 weeks is a risk for bleeding during normal delivery. Please do not worry about it now because in more than 90 percent women the placenta will migrate from its present position after 28 weeks and will no longer be a risk.

The 20 weeks and 28 weeks ultrasound scans are important to follow up the placenta position and know well being of the baby.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
Please clarify GASTROFIT liquid or GESTOFIT injection

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX qbix,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

A brown discharge needs to be handled with care. As you have not mentioned and bleeding under the placenta or internal os being open therefore the condition might not be a big problem at present but close observation for the next few weeks and following instructions of your doctors is important for your pregnancy.

GASTROFIT liquid contains diastase 50 mg, pepsin 10 mg and is given for stomach related acidity problems.

GESTOFIT injection contains progesterone hormone and is given to women when there is risk of miscarriage.

I want to clarify if you have been given GASTROFIT or GESTOFIT and its dosage and for how many days.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
