Welcome to HCM. Hope you are in good health.
The normal platelet count is 1.5-3.5 lakhs/mm3 and the normal mean platelet volume is 10 - 13 fL.
I get the impression that you actually meant mean platelet volume..not count. right?
If so, your mean platelet volume of 13.1 is normal and is in fact good for your age.
if you meant total platelet count, 13.1 lakhs is too high and is abnormal.

So, please specify the exact report issued including units, to avoid confusion.
