Brief Answer:

The change is not cancer at the moment but at risk of turning into cancer

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This means that there have been changes to the nose but the change is not cancer as yet.

It is at one of the stages before cancer - it can turn into cancer if it is not treated appropriately.

Treatment would vary according to the exact nature of the lesion, meaning the exact change that has occurred so far but it is possible, with effective treatment, that you would be fine.

Treatment can include liquid nitrogen or topical agents such as fluorouracil, imiquimod, etc. There are different options that may be able to help.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
