Brief Answer:
Your findings suggests raised WBC count. It may be due to infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests raised WBC count(due to increased neutrophil count). It is generally due to infection. Our defense mechanism allows neutrophil to grow and fight against infection.WBC count will become normal with control of infection.

RBC and Platelet count are also mildly raised. It may be due to many causes like dehydration, hypoxia etc.
It is a common condition and doesn't require any treatment.

Urine analysis findings are normal.
