What Does Presence Of Blood Clot On The Penis Indicate?

Question: i was jacking off this morning and i noticed on my penis there is what look like a blood clot on the left side of penis head should i be concerned and what should i do get rid of clot. after a few hours the clot has almost gone.

I read your query and seen the attached picture.

I think most probably it was some insect bite which lead to blood clot over glans penis. Since hot towel was applied it lead to decreased inflammation and disappearance of blood clot.

I do not think you need to concern if it does not appear again. In case it appears again at the same site or another location there is need to get investigated for another possible causes such as sexually transmitted infections.
