Blood in the semen indicates a bleeding point anywhere in the genital tract. Most often it is due to prostatic bleed. If there was no mechanical injury, stones formed by ispissation of secretions can cause such bleeding.

Please do consult a Urologist to ascertain the health of prostate and other parts of genital system.
