Question : i have just started a parasite cleanse and have blood in my stool and also have blood coming out after i urinate

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. There are two parts to your complaint. You could be having an urinary tract infection and need to get your urine tested for routine microscopy and culture sensitivity. If pus cell count is raised treatment with antibiotics would be needed. The next is to get a stool microscopy done. Please share the reports and I would guide you further.

I would need to know specifically what is being done for parasite cleansing.
