Question : Gm, I am 60 year old woman and notice sometimes when I Passed urine and wipe myself after thre is blood on the tissue.

Thanks for query ,

A slight tinge on tissue paper noticed after passing urine is mostly due to mild infection of bladder (Cystitis).

Get your routine urine test and culture done to rule out any active infection .

Start taking Ciprofloxacin and Nitrofurantoin twice daily along with urine alkalizer Citralka thrice daily

Ensure to drink more water to keep your urine dilute .

It should get cured within a week .

Thsnks I was worried I might have to see a GYN. Are these medication over the counter? Of not how do I get a prescription?
