What Does Presence Of Pus Cells In Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Question: Hi doctor I am aged 30 yrs with one daughter of 3 yrs now...trying for second child..went for semen analysis as prescribed by my wife's gynae as we tried on the ovulation period but dint succeed.. reports show out 100 million and other readings are also normal with 60 and 70 percent...but puss cells 25 reported...how serious is this and will antibiotic be enough for it...I did a course of oflox for 5 days two months back as I had visited a massage parlour though no oral or physical contact between genitals. ..did it as a safety measure ....really tensed now plz advice...shall I go in for any other testing...how much this puss with other results okay affect by fertility abilities

Plz tell me can I still try with these results for child as except puss cells everything normal....and I will get the tests done but can it be some major problem..
