Question : Sudden appearance of red rash on left forearm
Brief Answer:
Either drug rash or eczematous rash or photodermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
According to your complaints it could be drug rash or eczematous rash or photodermatitis.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream on the rash twice daily for 5-7 days.
If it is associated with itching or irritation take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
