Question : Hi there, Ive attached two pictures of a semi red ring near my armpit ive had for a while now... do I need to worry about this? Is it caused by deoderant?

I have gone through your query and i have also reviewed the image.

I suggest a possibility of fungal infection/ tinea.

You may use an OTC topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream Or miconazole nitrate 2% cream, twice daily for 2-4 weeks.
