In most cases this is indicating urinary stones,uroinfection or prostatitis. These are benign condition s but should be treated and investigated. You should do urine analysis,std testingw, and prostate n kidneys ultrasound. it should rule out some more serious causes such as malignant diseases. Wish you good health. Regards
