Brief Answer:
Could be stye
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am a practicing ophthalmologist for 6 yrs.
I checked the pictures and read the description.
Does it water from the eye? Does it itch? Can you carefully observe if there is any small swelling on the edge of the upper eye lid?
Stye is very common and appears so initially. Initial stages you can just put warm compresses with dry cloth every one hour. You can put NEFACOOL eye drops, one drop in the eye for 4 times a day.
