I have constant post nasal drainage. I have a history of having my ears lanced 20 times during my child hood for ear infections, I have had these for about 10 years on and off.

You should get a xray paranasal sinuses done and a pure tone audiometry done.

I have had these symptoms for a couple of years. I have tried Flonase, Nascort, Zyrtec, Clartin, Benadryl. Thanks for information.

my advice is you should get investigated for proper diagnosis and subsequently treatment should be done.
Get the investigations done and follow up with the reports
You can use nasal spray and take steam inhalation. This will help to relieve the symptoms temporarily.
Avoid excessive XXXXXXX use or ear phones usage.
