Question : I had unprotected sex last week. I got my period or at least I think I did yesterday but it's light, which some sites tell me that's a sign I could be pregnant. Is it possible I'm pregnant?

Brief Answer:
Rare chance of pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Scanty flow in periods can be due to pregnancy or due to first day of periods.
Pregnancy is a rare possibility, however if the blood flow is normal for next 2-3 days, then there are absolutely no chance of pregnancy.
Moreover, the last week before the periods is not considered fertile , and hence unprotected intercourse in this period rarely leads to pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
