Question: creatinine level 1.48 , Kidney shows 2.56 & 2.16 CM size LYMPH NODE at PORTA & 4.77 MM calculus at mid pole

Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted your serum creatinine level done very recently is detected to be 1.48 which is slightly higher than normal level of 1.2 suggests kidney disease .

Presence of lymph nodes and raised creatinine levels should be investigated further to establish the diagnosis .

Presence of stone of a size of 4 mm in middle calyx can be left alone and does not need any treatment at present .
