Question : What could be the possibility of the pain in abdomen during mensurations. Never felt the pain in younger age.

There can be many reasons. Mostly pain during menstruation is hormonal. A pap smear would be helpful to rule out conditions of the cervix like cervicitis, etc that can also cause pain. Consult your gynecologist to get this test done.
