Question : having severe itching and tingling when sweating along with concentration have change soaps and lotion and nothing seems to help this just began in January

You need a proper dermatological evaluation. It is not possible to examine your skin condition through this platform. All I can presume that there could be some allergic component. In such a case, taking cetirizine tablet once daily for a few days should provide relief. Apply calamine lotion and use Dove soap. If that does not help, the only option would be to visit a dermatologist.
