Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
It can be intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds or ringworm infection which is a fungal infection.
I need to ask you few questions:
Is one foot involved or toes of both the feet involved?
Which medicines has she already used?
Is she having any other ailments or taking any medicines?
Kindly revert with the answers.

The rash is only between two toes on her right foot and she's not taking any meds as of now.I can't remember the cream that she had but it didn't work.
Brief Answer:
Seems to be ringworm infection, apply topical antifungal
Detailed Answer:
It can be ringworm infection.
She can apply topical anti-fungal like Clotrimazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
Besides this, please ask her to keep her foot dry, wear open foot wear, avoid sharing of shoes and socks and avoid hot humid weather.
