Question : i've been feeling this light sharp pain only during orgasm around my navel. I don't have any symptom except that around that time I suffered of a muscle strain and a change in my birth control pill. I was at the clinic to check for vaginal infections and everything was right. what could possibly be. thanks.

Brief Answer:
Probably transient muscle spasm!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed the information fully. In itself and following the evaluation and testing doesn’t suggest a specific disease condition. Because orgasm comes with a wave of total body excitation and contraction of muscles, muscle spasm could explain this. Because you also have no other complaint, it supports that hypothesis of it not being any disease or an ongoing disease process but just transient body changes.

I'd recommend you do not get worried and observe only for now. Unless something else comes up, there is no need for further medical attention or specific treatment modalities.

I wish you well. Feel free to follow-up with me for any further queries.
Kind regards
