Brief Answer:
Have you lost any weight in the past few months?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

How much weight have you lost and in how much time?
Do you feel lethargic or weak?
Any other symptoms like any pain anywhere or nausea or bowel upset?
Knowing the answer to the above questions would put me in a better position to answer your question.

If there is significant weight loss which would be 10 to 15% of your weight over a period of 1 to 3 months then you would require complete body evaluation and all basic blood investigations, XRays and some tumor marker studies which are blood samples and an Ultrasound of the abdomen. It might be nothing but it is definitely better to get it evaluated.

Kindly upload the test reports that you have already done.

Take care,
