Hi
Thanks for the query
TMT means tread Mill Test or exercise stress test. This test is performed for the diagnosis of ischemic heart disease by inducing provoked ischemia through exertion. The test is reported normal if the patient successfully exercises more than 85%. If the patient stops before that value either due to chest pain, shortness of breath or fatigue, the test is then reported accordingly. during the test ECG reading, pulse and blood pressure are recorded after every 3 minutes.
Now your report says that during the test you stopped earlier due to the symptoms like shortness of breath and development of cyanosis at the your limbs which shows poor blood perfusion peripherally. All these signs and symptoms reflects congested heart disease which means that the heart is low on function during the exertion.
