Detailed Answer:
kidneys are made of several blood vessels and filters a lot of blood daily . it responds to daily wear and tear and has several changes in its structure and functions. some times a small structural changes can be congenital ( present since birth) and has no clinical significance. a fat is a conglomeration of fat globules together and can be a structural minor variation rather than a defect. cdlfication can be due to wear and tear which is non specific. usually these can be made out better on CT scans snd you can undergo that test only if you are too worried about it. human body has several such variations ( not defects) when you start searching in and out. that's why no two people are similar on the earth. I think you shouldn't worry and still you can monitor once a year gif any change in the structure or size of the lesion seen
 Yes
Detailed Answer:
Radiologist is correct in not mentioning those non-specific findings in the final report. But you can get ct scan and see or atleast keep a record of that. It can be for a future reference and you don't really need to worry.
Urine reports are normal, it further confirms that the kidney function is not altered
