Question : I have a sore on the left side of my testical. The skin is very tender and swollen, the skin is very hard. The area is about 2" in diameter . Ibuprofen has lightened the pain but just barely this started last Wednesday. I am married and have been exclusively with my her for over 14 years.

I had jock itch the week before. Thinking maybe the skin was irritated and became infected

There seems to be no size difference. I was running a higher temp this morning but that was broken with The ibuprofen I had taken for the pain. I'm not real sure on your question number four and I can get you a photo later this afternoon
