Brief Answer:
Yes its a potentially serious problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your query and concern.

Yes certainly this is a significant health issue detected on your investigative panel.

Stress induced ischemia detected on TMT indicates latent coronary artery disease.

This is the cause of frequent episodes of giddiness in your case.

This at the moment although not serious, but if attended in time can lead to risk of heart attacks in near future.

A coronary angiogram is needed all such cases to assess the involved coronary vessels.

Angioplasty is needed in most cases.
Medical management is offered in rest of the cases.

Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Hypertension is an additional risk factor for ischemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

The risk of acquiring this coronary artery disease and ischemia is very high in presence of high blood pressure.

The risk is low in presence of hypertension which is controlled with medications.

Its always advisable to keep the blood pressure under 130/80 mm of hg.
