Brief Answer:
urinary tract infection must be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
Urine can smell strong smell due to infection. It can also have a strong smell if you are not drinking enough water or after eating certain foods (like asparagus).
Pain in your right lower abdomen can be from appendicitis, a problem with an ovary or a problem in your colon. If the abdominal pain is severe and you have a fever you will need to go to emergency. If it is not severe then you need to ask your doctor for an ultrasound/CT scan or some other sort of imaging to determine the cause. If you are old enough you may need to have a colonoscopy.
Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily. Keep your stools soft by eating fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains. Add a daily fiber supplement if you tend to have constipation. Avoid sodas and don't drink more than 1-2 drinks daily that have caffeine in them. Walk for 30-60 minutes daily and take a daily multivitamin.
I hope you are feeling better soon,
Dr. Robinson
