Question : what is supraventricular ectopic activity consisted of 26 beats of which 2 were atrial couplets 24 single PACs the longest R-R interval was 1.2 seconds
Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking to HCM!
Supraventricular ectopic activity mean that you have premature complexes of supraventricular origin.
There have been evidenced 26 supraventricular premature complex of them 2 were in a row (i.e atrial couplete) and others were ectopic beats.
The longest pause evidenced (i.e R-R interval) was 1.2 s which is normal.
For me this is a holter monitoring within the normal range. Nothing to worry about.
Hope this was of help!
